So i guess you are using NCC?
Do you get some kind of error message when you try to send xem to another account?

The account that appears to me, the xem coin is NCZMG7-F5XNV3-AGOU45-H4EBJH-VCAARO-IHOBLY-MF5X but if i try to send this xem i can not do it

on the left side you can select the account from a dropdown list by clicking on the red marked area:

it seems to be just in your address book.

You need to “Add an existing account” to your primary account with your private key and then you will be able to send from it.

As long as you have the private key for your account, nothing bad can happen.
Just remove the address from your address book and then add existing account.

Even after probably recognizing how great this NEM wallet works he still wants to sell them all
