I cannot find my nem wallet info

I transferred NEM from bittrex to my new wallet, I have the t transaction info in my deposits on bittrex. I tried to login to my nem wallet (the nem wallet app) but I don’t have the key or something that i need to get my wallet. I have a series of words that i saved in case i lost the wallet, I just don’t know how to get everything. Please HELP!

Are you using nanowallet?
Did you remove wallet that you create?
If yes you can restore wallet with wlt file and password or private key plain text. Do you have it?

I had nano wallet, but I have a new phone. All I have is the transaction
info when I transferred and to the address and the backup group of words
that i wrote down.

I transferred from Bittrex to nem wallet

You should have private key (64 or 66 signs) or qr code with private key if you use official wallet available on app store.

All I have is a recovery phrase, I cannot find any key…

Mobile wallet has no recovery phrase. Where did you create this wallet ? Could you link to wallet app?

Okay, in the transaction that I did on poloniex, not bittrex, that I did
when I transferred the nem to my nem wallet there is a TXID which is 64
characters, is that what you are talking about? When I had my old phone I
downloaded the app and then I must have made an account in the wallet, but
I don’t know what happened to it when I transferred to my new phone, I’m so
upset…

Not this is not what you are looking for. On Poloniex you can see transaction hash (also 64 signs).
Private key is only available for you and it should be never shared.
So your wallet stay on your old phone probably.

What is the normal process of setting up a nem wallet? What information is
required and what does it consist of? Is there no way for me to recover my
coins with any bit of information I could find? I know how many coins i had
in it and the addresses and txid, I have a recovery phrase which consists
of words that was set up at the same time that I bought my currency. I am
desparate to find any answers!! Thank you.

@Jacoscat
All informations you named are available publicly. You can’t restore with this access to your funds. Only with private key you can restore access to wallet.
Private key is available as:

  • plain text (64 or 66signs)
  • qr code from mobile wallet (more > export account)
  • wlt file from desktop nanowallet

So if you don’t have your private key your funds are lost.
