I send a amount of coins to this address🙁 I can’t find my coins anymore😑

The usual problem ^^
That address is the Changelly address. So you sent coins to that address

  1. to change into another crypto currency
  2. to have fun burning some coins
  3. to do something i cannot think of
    ?

It was a little bit confusing because i thought that after I put the amount to sent I would be ask to sent it to the address I wanted, but instead it automatically send it to changelly.
But I understand now why that address is shown in my wallet.
So I will contact changelly for this matter? What is the best thing to do?

The wallet sent it automatically to Changelly? That can’t be true, what wallet are you using?

The Android wallet

It’s the page where you put the amount and where you can leave a message and then you press send. It’s sending right away and you can see that is waiting for confirmation.

But the Android wallet doesn’t have Changelly as default recipient. So how come you ended up with Changelly as recipient?

I don’t now the address is been shown on the top of the page. I think that’s because I have used changelly to buy nem and they send it to my android nem wallet

ok, i guess you should contact Changelly and tell them that you send some xem to their address by mistake.
You probably need to show them the exact transaction in some blockexplorer, are you able to do that?

no need, the wallet is probably showing recently used address at the top.
What is the tx hash?

And the reason Changelly could not process the transaction in their system is the message which reads “holy money” instead of the required id ^^
So contact Changelly support again and show them the link above, they should be able to solve the issue.
