I have uninstaled my chrome browser completely. My nem wallet on chrome got removed. How do i get it back with my nem?
Did you save the backup it asks you to download ? If so, you can import that.
Did you save the private-key ? If so, you can make a new wallet with it.
Did you have a brainwallet ? If so, you only need to create a new wallet with the same password.
None of the above ? I’m afraid you’re XEM are lost.
I saved my private key and made a wallet inside but my NEM are not inside.
Are you sure you’re using the right private-key ? It’s not your password.
Did you use it to create a private-key wallet ?
What exactly are you seeing ? Is your nano wallet connected to a node (green circle on the upper right) ?
yes i used it the private key wallet, but my nem are not inside. Yes it is connected to a node, i see a green circle in the upper right corner.
Check your account status by pasting your account number into following explorer:

If you have resources on the website -good news, probably you have some problems with running your nanowallet application! If not, that means you don’t have any XEM.
How can i see what my account number is?
Just next to circle and “Node” is account button, this should open screen with account number, starting from letter “N” just doble click on it, copy and paste into explorer. And let us know what the outcome is 
Nothing came out of the explorer when i put in my account number
Any transactions in or out? If not, that probably means that the private key you used wasn’t correct. Try creating one more account from the private key you saved. OR search your computer for .wlt file. I will link the tutorial below, maybe it will help you.
