Hi i have sent 1218st tranaction from my NEM wallet on my iPhone to bittrex and i didn’t receive it . I have sent it 3 days ago

It looks like you encrypted the message to Bittrex. You will need to contact Bittrex support to get your XEM back.

Unfortunatelly no, no answer and I still don’t have my XEMs on bittrex :frowning:

I have answer finally. I have sent them message, wallet adsress and TX hash. They wrote that it takes 2 weeks about to have xems on my wallet so I am waiting. I will tell you how it will ends. ThankS !
