I lost my coin someone can help me

on 4/27/2017 3:04:11 PM PT and I sent 145 xem from eobot to poloniex and until today your coins do not chegram !!! so I got in touch with poloniex and after a long time they answered me asking for the transaction, but this transaction did not generate the txid.
so I contacted the eobot and they said that I did not put a code that poloniex asks !!! and they told me that my XEM are lost in the net and you can not recover my coins !!! someone can confirm this information !! I can recover my coins !!! please someone help me !!!

This is not a NEM related question since this is between an ICO company and an exchange.
In my opinion. You should ask eobot for the txid. If they can’t provide it. It seems that the transaction have not start. The XEM are still in their company wallet. Let them check

Secondly, you have to learn how to use your own wallet(NEM Mainnet Account). For example, NEM NanoWallet. DO NOT try to start a transaction between two exchanges or any online website account. YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS WAY

  1. Get the 145 XEM from eobot to your own Mainnet account.
  2. Start a transaction from NanoWallet or MobileWallet sending your 145 XEM to poloniex as you can include the message that poloniex asked in it.

Exactly as @zhankaiwen have written.

  1. Eobot should give you transaction id related with withdraw to Poloniex. In my opinion transaction id should be visible in your account on eobot from list of withdrawals (I just assume because I don’t have account there) . If you can’t find it you must ask eobot support.
  2. Next step is check if this transaction is visible in NEM blockchain. You can do this using online explorer http://explorer.ournem.com/#/ (just put the tx hash provided by eobot and hit search).
    3a. If transaction is not visible in explorer you must write to eobot support for explanation.
    3b. If transaction is visible in explorer you must write to Poloniex support and provide transaction id (hash) and explanation what is happen (you forgot attach message to transaction when sending from another exchange to Poloniex).

in fact I already gave up those coins because the eobot made it clear in the email that they answered, saying that I lost my coins and have no way of rediscovering. So there’s a way to find my coins !!! The eobot support is deceiving me !!!

That’s sad. In your eobot account you don’t see transaction id?

I do not use this service so i do not know how the UI looks like.
In my opinion you should have a transaction history in this wallet.
If the funds were sent out of their wallet then it means that a TX has been generated on the blockchain
so I’m sure they are deceiving you.
Do you see your history like deposits withdrawals buy sell orders in your eobot account?

Tiago, there is no way you lose your money. There are two ways that things go wrong, but they can all be recorded.

  1. If eobot fail to start the transaction, the money is in their pocket and if their IT support team do not provide further imformation, then they might have stolen your XEM.
  2. If eobot have start a transaction, then they should provide your txid, or they are not serving properly. Believe in blockchain!!:blush:
