BUT THE EXCHANGE DIDN’ OCURRED AFTER BECAUSE THE TIME, ANDA THE 200 NEM DISAPPEREAD IN MY WALLET. HOW CAN I GOT THEM AGAIN?You have sent this transaction s to NCRZPB-…-4XJY. Maybe you want create new transaction (New in right top corner from Dashbord view) instead of answer to NCRZPB-…-4XJY address?

Do you know who is owner of address NCRZPBT75WDYL7DXK2MOJMSS64JR7XVH7IH54XJY? You get from this address your first transfer. Probably it’s some exchange.
My first transaction to buy NEM ocurred with Alfacashier Exchange. They send me an email some hours ago

When I tried to exchange this adress apperead for me, and a message 84854c58f667a8. That I put in that dashboard of my wallet with the 200 NEM amout. After this, they said that the exchange 467320 was canceled by the time. When I ask them, they said that didn’t receive the NEM, and called me to ask the support. Now they said the transaction was refunded. But I can’t see the new ripples in my toast wallet
Why you should see ripple but not nem/xem? Xem is token you have sent.
You make couple transactions (also three for 0 xem). Maybe they look for wrong.

Earlier I received an email talking that I will be refunded, changing the position on the order “Canceled” to “Refunded”.
Now, I’m waiting the funds… I’ll tell you if everything went well.

The problem was that I really attached encrypted message instead of the usual one.
