I lost nem while transfer from android to desktop wallet

Hello Saul,

I made a transfer from my Android Nano wallet : ND65PZ-NUYD65-IRTAU3-TXLLAM-VPGORB-ZL6MWI-N4RA

To my desktop wallet: NBOXGV-XN5MXY-QW5XHM-XJMEKH-OVDPOU-K2UF4H-JJ7T

And the Nem was lost, the actual amount was charged as transfer fee and i had Zero balance in my wallet. Below is the details of the transaction:

@BloodyRookie Block number 2 is what made delegate Active. Is anyone in Core?
