Hi XEM team, I miight lost over 30000 XEM, In June, when I just started trade XEM, I tried to send XEM from my light wallet to poloniex. However I received message" insufficient funding" so I thought transaction was failed… Today I open the lightwallet , transactio history showed that 30400XEM was withdrawn from my light wallet, But these XEM are not in my Poloniex account… Have I lost 30400XEM? I am sure I used both message and address correctly… Could someone assist me?
In your transaction history on your light wallet check which address you sent the amount to, and then check on your poloniex account deposit history to see whether the deposited XEM were sent to the correct deposit address.
when sending to the poloniex account, did you put in the poloniex token in the transaction message?
If not they could not assign the transaction to your account.
I am sure I put message and assress, otherwise I got error message and couldnt send.
without address you cannot send a transaction to poloniex, that is true. But you can send it without message 
So simply look inyour transaction history or tell me your nem address so i can look it up in nembex.
