How do you receive XEM? How do I get a receive Hash?
I tried to exchange on Changelly. I forgot the message. They said they will send it back. they haven’t. How do they know where to send it back to?
You receive XEM on your address, if you click on send there will be a receive tab also, there you can copy your address and send it to Changelly,
i haven’t used changelly so i can’t help you further.
They will send your XEM back to the address the XEM was sent from. It may take a few days, they are swamped with new users.
I will suggest a modification to the “Send” tab so it reads “Send/Receive”.
