Today i wanted to test the Mobile wallet on android. I sent 25 NEM from my Poloniex to my mobile wallet, but received only 10. What happened to the rest?
There is a 15 NEM processing fee from the exchange that I use.
Its my understanding that the transaction fee is only 1NEM. Is it high only from Exchange to Wallet?
Wallet to wallet is 1 NEM with no message.
I think Poloniex is indeed using too high fees.

I’m not using Poloniex but i was wondering if the fees for other currencies are high there as well or only for XEM. I thing they are using their position as the majority of XEM is traded there.
I tried it twice, the fees at poloniex is 15 NEM to withdraw. But to sent to them my mobile wallet charged me 2 NEM. This is not the case with other currencies. 15 NEM is way too high. Imagine if NEM trades at $1, then you will be paying $15 to withdraw NEM from Poloniex.
15 xem was not a big fee not so long time ago but the value of XEM raised so much lately.
I thing the customers should make complains to Poloniex to lower the fee and adapt to current situation

Poloniex should just use the minimum fee for the transactions. They are not gaining anything by taking higher fees.
I have sent a ticket to the Poloniex support regarding this. 15 XEM at the current price for withdrawal fee is way too high as compared to the other currencies.

any news on this? paying 3 euros for a withdrawal reminds me on my bank 
It’s up to the exchanges to adjust their fees.
Even at the Zaif Exchange, the XEM remittance charge is at least 15 XEM.
Inside Zaif, XEM is managed with multisig account.
It takes 15 xem to withdraw 1 XEM from Zaif.
Transfer commission 1 XEM + Multisignature transfer transaction 6 XEM + signature fee 6 XEM = 13 XEM fees.
15 - 13 = 2 XEM = I think that this is the profit of the Zaif exchange.

Poloniex thought that he made many remittances between the deposit address and the colod strage and that fee was borne by the user.
However, remittances were not frequent.
After all, I guess that the fee of poloniex is abnormally high.
Now NEM cost 0.17$ why when i am trying to buy wirh USD 1$buying 1.5 NEM . Something is wrong with the math . You shoukd buy 5 NEM for 1$
