I am an new and bought some XEM through " Litebit.eu".
They only allow you to buy for 350 euro per day. That is their limit.
Changelly has problems with transferring my Litecoins to XEM and offers an unfair exchange price.
Are there any alternatives ?

I will look at it. But you also suggest a lot of scam sites who charge too much commission (or margin)
Is there anyone around who has experience with a site with FAIR exchange prices ?

None of those are scams. Charging high fees doesn’t make it a scam. I use bittrex.
You can try shapeshift, alfacashier, spectrocoin. At least these exchanges have support which answers in reasonable time now. But I don’t know how high are fees there.
I’m using bittrex but they block registrations because to many users.
