ID of TX could be a alias of Address?

every TX has its ID .does the ID could be the alias of Address . then we can send by alias and this is very simplest method of alias?

every Address has a born TX. every TX has a ID.

The id for a transaction is not the same systemwide, each nis has its own ids.
