I download symbol wallet on my iPhone and now I’m trying to import this account to the desktop wallet.
I tried to use import mnemonic , I populate the profile details and my mnemonic passphrase from my iPhone wallet and than I should choose accounts but I can’t find my iPhone wallet address on that accounts list.
What address are you checking? It’s testnet (starts with T) or mainnet (starts with N)?
Could you give address which you don’t see?

That was my problem. I changed the network and now I can find the correct address.
