Installing Windows 10 IoT Core on RPi2. OS version 10.0.10240
1. Download the "IOT Core RPi.iso" file from [url=https://ms-iot.github.io/content/en-US/Downloads.htm]https://ms-iot.github.io/content/en-US/Downloads.htm
2. Extract it to get a 516MB "Windows_10_IoT_Core_RPi2.msi" file.
3. Install it on your Win8 pc (it didn't work on my Win7 pc).
4. Goto C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft IoT\ to view the installed files.
5. Plug in a MicroSD card into your pc.
6. Click "IoTCoreImageHelper.exe" and click on the Refresh button.
7. Select the MicroSD card with a mouse click.
8. Click on the Browse button and choose the file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft IoT\FFU\RaspberryPi2\flash.ffu"
9. Click on the Flash button to start flashing the image to the MicroSD card.
10. A DISM window will popup then close when it is finished, about one minute.
11. Remove the MicroSD card and insert it into your Raspberry Pi 2.
12. Connect a network cable from your pc's router to your RPi2. USB mouse and HDMI->VGA adapter are optional.
13. Powerup the RPi2.
14. Goto C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft IoT\ and click on "WindowsIoTCoreWatcher.exe"
15. The program will detect the RPi2 and show the "IpAddress".
16. To open the RPi2 Windows 10 Web UI on a browser, goto "http://IpAddress:8080"
17. Login with "Administrator" for user and "p@ssw0rd" for password.
