I installed the Nem Client and created a wallet which shows a Xem balance of 0.00 and an importance of 0%. Then I went to Poloniex and bought some xem. In the upper left hand corner of my Nem wallet there is an address with the word
what client r u using? that is a test address and wont work. A real NEM address starts with an N
Oh! Thank you very much. You were exactly right. I was using an older version of the wallet. After installing the current version, I received the xem without a problem.
Hallo.
Why am I getting the same invalid address message when I want to send xem from Bittrex. My address starts with N and was created freshly with zero balance.
thank you jadedjack it worked
A. Why is my vested balance 0 after more than 24 hours on a wallet with more than 10000 xem? Can't start delegated harvesting mode.
B. I noticed if you have 2 different wallets there is an issue with configuring the host address. If you change the host address on one wallet it also automatically changes the host address on the other wallet to the same host address. And if you do some action on one wallet sometimes it stops delegated harvesting on the other wallet. Shouldn't these two configurations be separated and isolated for each wallets?

A) you get 10% of your unvested account balance vested each day. After 10,000 is vested, then you can start harvesting as 10,000 is the bare minimum to start harvesting. If you have 0-9,999XEM it will probably just say 0. So if you have 100,000 XEM, after one day you will have 10,000 XEM vested and can harvest. If you have 50,000 XEM it will take 3 days to get 10,000 XEM vested. If you have 20,000 XEM it will take take 6 days I think and so on like that. So if you only have 10,000 XEM, I'm not sure if you can ever harvest as it would take a long time to make sure it is all vested.
B) Delegated harvesting will only work on the host that it is activated on. If you want to use delegated harvesting on the same account but a different host, you will have to deactivate it and then reactivate it again before you can turn it on.
A. ok
B. I want to harvest on two different wallets not on two different accounts in the same wallet. But every time I change a host on one wallet it changes a host on another wallet to the same host as the first wallet. Are we on the same page?
Hi Guys, something similar happened to me. I tried to send twice XEM from Poloniex to my NEM wallet address i.e. “NDAZM2-KCD2XB…” and I got a “COMPLETE: ERROR” status as per Poloniex transaction record.
By the time my NIS wasn’t synced, does that have anything to do with it? Many thanks in advance!
Nvm, the error given due to a low amount of XEM (16). I sent 11000 and it worked
