Hello there,
my phone with the IOS APP Nem Wallet got watered.
I have a new one now and want to restore my Coins in the App.
But the function to add an account via qr code dosen´t work.
If i try to scan the qr code the app crashes/freeze or it happen nothing and the app is scanning endless.
Unfortuneately i only have that qr code 
Can somebody help me with that?

Have you also password related with qr code?
Maybe try scan on another apple device or android phone.
Dont know if its password related, i dont remember.
At the moment i dont have the opportunity to try another device.

If i scan qr1, its like the same with the my qr
and if i scan the qr2 i am prompted to type in a password.
what can i do now?
QR1 is used to show payment to others or register another person’s address.
QR 2 is a QR code that carries out a backup with a password.
If you are creating a new account, you will need QR code of type QR2.

Yes and unfortuneatley the Backup of the System is corrupt.
