Iphone "lost connection" [SOLVED]

I’m trying to access my iphone’s nanowallet but there is red text which says “lost connection.” My wifi is operable as is my phone’s 3G. How do I fix this?

Are you using same internet Connection as in Nano Wallet shows nothing, no nodes [SOLVED]?

Yes, however I’ve got my phone to work again. (I’ve given up on my desktop wallet.)

Can you tell me how I would export my wallet from my iPhone as a backup?

And/or, if the phone is lost, do I need the wallet file to retrieve the XEM, or just the private key?

You only need the private key to restore the wallet.

Private key is what you need to restore wallet. In mobile wallet you can also generate qr code with it or show plain text private key.
If you want export please go to More->Export account - > ok. If you want show private key click show private key button.
