My nano wallet displays none of the options at the top, market data, or my address. I also cannot connect to any node, after trying some repeatedly and looking online for custom nodes. Any idea what’s wrong?
What nanowallet you are using? Universal client in browser or standalone executable? If the second one which one OS?
I’m using Version: BETA 1.4.13 with Chrome. But isn’t the nano wallet an app which opens separately from the browser?
There two versions. For example for Windows you can use:
- standalone: https://github.com/NemProject/NanoWallet/releases/download/1.4.13/NanoWallet-1.4.13-win64.zip or
- universal client https://github.com/NemProject/NanoWallet/releases/download/1.4.13/NanoWallet-1.4.13.zip
Please check if you have opened ports 7890 and 7778. Also please try with other Internet connection. Maybe your Internet provider blocks some ports.
@tsarandrew maybe your issue with iphone Iphone "lost connection" [SOLVED] also is related with same source? Did you try use other Internet connection?
