[QUESTION 4]: How harvester receive it’s fee? Do he see any income transactions time by time? Where this pending transactions are listed? How often this fees could be collected?

Q2 Transaction should be visible on your account. Not harvester account.
Also use explorer.ournem.com because explorer you show has bug and doesn’t show mosaics transfers when you look at sender and recipient.

Q4
Harvester balance is change after block is included to blockchain. There is no incomming transaction. Simple fees from block are assigned to one harvester and this modifies harvester balance.
