Is nem Open Source or not?

Is nem Open Source or not? Where is the code? If the worry is that other projects could steal the code we are way past that. The only reason code wouldn’t be open source at this point is they are worried about someone reviewing it and finding that its a ponzi or defective. Can someone point me to a github or some other repo?

NEM(NIS1) is not open source. but Catapult is open source.
We don’t know why NIS1 is closed source.
