Is rental fee in provision namespace type of transaction deducted only once?

Hi,

Is the rental fee deducted from the transaction creator’s account in the provision namespace type of transaction? This is deducted only once at the time of initiating the transaction? or deducted every month or anything else?

I assume you asking about NEM not Symbol.
Once. You pay 100 XEM per year. And in next year you have renew namespace. If you will not renew you have one month grace period and after that namespace and all mosaics in it (!!!) will expire.
