Is there a working example of Multisig account conversion

Hello I am looking for a working example of how to convert an existing account into a multisig account using either cURL in the terminal or endpoints in a browser.

Why you don’t want use nanowallet?
Before you do conversion you should test in testnet if you have xem on this account.

Were using testnet on a linux server and were trying to do everything command line. We have some XEM in the account. In regards to using the nano wallet I can try that. Were very new to the NEM framework and still trying to understand the process. So really what we need to understand is how a multisig works.

Question 1:
If we first test in the nano wallet do we add another account in the address book and then assign those addresses to create a multisig?

Question 2:
How do that in the terminal?
