Is there an offline wallet for transactions?

I’m wondering if there is a solution like bitcoin armory or electrum that allows transactions to be signed by an offline system not needing network access.

Failing that, what is the most secure wallet software and configuration for storing nem?

Any assistance is appreciated.

There is nothing out-of-the-box available but if you are into coding you might want to have a look at this or maybe this.

Most secure / easy to use wallet would be Nano Wallet which you can find here.

Is the easiest definitely the most secure? I’m a tad concerned that the download for nanowallet is a dropbox. Where is the sha256?
