After I have finished reading NEM’s blog posts, I started to read NEM technical reference. But even after a few pages it looks extremely outdated (not a surprise, it was written in 2015).
I assume that there should be an up-to-date version of this reference, but I can’t find it. Can anyone give me a link?

Yes the fees need to be updated. If anyone is interested in the large project that is restructuring the docs, please PM me.
Fees for transactions look odd, also “NEM natively supports n-of-n multisignature accounts” where I thought that NEM currently supports m-of-n accounts with n can be up to 64 or something like this.
