Issue with a transaction to wallet

I have a transaction where I bought NEM through Changelly that seems to be ok on nembex, but it did not reach my nanoWallet in more than two days.

Is it possible that two wallets with the same address coexist on the net? If I look at the transactions for the address of my wallet I see a lot of activity, with relatively high balances. This does not seem ok, since I only did a couple of small transactions towards my wallet (one that did reach it and the one I mentioned above, that did not reach it).

It sounds like an issue with changelly, you should open a support ticket with them. Also you can paste your public address here so that someone can look into it further. It sounds like you are looking at changelly’s address, not yours.

Hi Saul,
Thanks for the details. I did contact Changelly, but they claim it is not their fault and that from their perspective the transaction is finished.

Here is a pointer to it (from the e-mail I got from them):

I noticed that the sender and receiver are the same. It looks odd to me, but I don’t grasp all the details yet.

My wallet address is: NBLQ6P-E7Z5CV-ANJNXG-OR74UQ-LOJ2YM-GJJOZ4-YFAQ

It looks like you sent the xem to wrong address. Are you sure NBLQ6P-E7Z5CV-ANJNXG-OR74UQ-LOJ2YM-GJJOZ4-YFAQ is your address? There are a lot of transactions from that address. You may want to ask for help on the forum.

Yes. That is my address. I double and triple and quadruple checked it. It was ok for the previous transaction.
And yes, that is what I noticed too: a lot of activity on it, where it should really have only two transactions: the one that went through all right and this one that did not properly succeed - both transactions should be on the receiving end - no sending transactions.

It looks like probably somehow it was hijacked? It that possible? If yes, it might point to a very serious bug in the system.

If I need further help where should I ask (what is the proper forum)?

Thanks,

Disregard my previous notes. It is my fault. It was not my wallet address. I checked again and it all looks fine.
Apologies for the unnecessary noise
