Hi,
I am trying to download the nano wallet (windows OS), but I keep getting the following system error message:
“The program can’t start because nw_elf.dll is missing from your computer. Try re-installing the program to fix this problem”
I see that file does exist in the zipped folder. Can anyone help? (Sorry no real computing background apart from the basics eg Office !!!)

have you unzipped the folder?
Locate the zipped folder that you want to unzip (extract) files or folders from.
Do one of the following:
To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file or folder from the zipped folder to a new location.
Everybody has to start somewhere.
