Just added my private key to my new wallet and I still have 0 Nem

Just added my private key to my new wallet and I still have 0 Nem.

I know the private key is correct as it is showing the correct address that corresponded with it.

My public address is NDKL22-JWM4T7-RWZFKR-4OAMEJ-JUJTY7-KE67UK-IMZ6.

Can anyone help me?

Did you import your private-key already ?
If you did, is it possible you still have 2 accounts and you just haven't selected the right one ?

No this is the first time I have imported the private key, I have just got the standalone client working.

I am definitely registered on this list - I have just double checked…

You have 2 accounts even if you have imported it the first time.
You have the one that is created automatically when you create a wallet and the one you imported.

You can switch between accounts by opening the account menu (click on the account) and choosing a different account.
Only if it shows the address you registered and it's still 0 XEM you have a problem.

I have switched between the primary account and the imported account - I am still showing 0…

The new imported account shows the same public address that I wrote down in November.

I may have the same problem. I missed the original token claim date, so is this why when I put my accout # in I get 0 NEM?

If you missed the original token claim date then you have never registered an address. Extended redemption will start soon and you'll get a new token.

today I imported my private key to my nem wallet.

Problem is it doesnt show any funds… I am not a sockpuppet and I redeemed my stake correctly.

Same seems to be the case for my second i.e. my fathers account NDQOHQ-WD5JZF-AIFTNO-O2J4IU-6UFQ7V-QFT4WM-YPCE…

Did I import the private keys to a wallet too late or sth.? I tought I did everything correctly :confused:
