hey ı transfered 2541 xym coins kucoin from bitmart.But coins not come my kucoin account.I talked them.They transfered my coins original account.Can you help me ?
They give me txid.
So as I understand:
- you send to Kucoin without required memo
- Kucoin sent back to Bitmart (again without memo)
And now you should contact Bitmart but if they will again send back you can be traped in infinite loop.
