As I checked levy fee was not included for the beer-money: beer mosaic in the 3300708, 3300741 blocks transactions on 27th July 2021.
But when I checked on 28th July 2021, a levy fee was added to that mosaic.
But how I can check this with explorer? How I can identify that from this particular transaction levy fee has been changed of this mosaic? If I search all transactions of the mosaic or if I search this mosaic directly on explorer, I can’t see any block listed there which denotes this change has happened? But I’m sure that this has happened b/w these 2 days.
