Lightweight Wallet is password protected

Tried downloading the lightweight wallet since I cannot get the regular wallet to work (NIS not available) and when I try to click the application file in the zipped folder it says its password protected.

Any ideas?

So I clicked the nginx application file. Console pops up then disappears. Go to the website and it says’127.0.0.1 refused to connect’.

FYI, I use avast software. Is this the issue?

You need to double click on start-nginx.bat. Just to be sure that nginx is not running double click stop-nginx.bat first.
A web page in the browser should open. If that doesn’t happen then indeed AV could be the reason. I can’t test it since i got now AV.
