hello
im new here , ive managed to set up my wallet and harvesting fine . but tried logging in today only to see that my wallet isnt found in local storage ?
what could have happened , anyone able to help ?
im using windows 10 by the way
silly me , browser must have updated . i have just managed to reload it.
@nafmorgan make sure to backup the .wlt file and your private key! this will avoid any loss in of your funds due to clearing your browser, etc.
the first thing you should do with your wallet is to backup your access to it. Go to your Account after logging in and backup your private key, then also hit the “Download Wallet” button for your wallet such that you have the .wlt file that can be imported easily.
In case you lose the .wlt file, you can create a Private Key Wallet with the backed up private key (I suggest backing up the PK on a different storage as the .wlt file).
Thanks for your advice , it was only because I had backed up all the files necessary . That i was able to open it up again . My browser had updated .
