LOGIN but cannot connect to node

Hi,

I’ve been logging in to my account to to deposit some altcoins in my account.

but after I sign In, I cannot connect to the node and it stays RED.

What should I do?

also,

I am still using the Beta version of the Nem nano wallet.

Should I download the latest version of Nem wallet V2.4.4 and use the same wallet and password?

If you tried already couple nodes (you can change node by clicking circle I top right corner) and are red then possible you have blocked ports 7890 or/and 7778 on firewall/router/Internet provider.
