What happened to the logo competition?
Some of the entries were amazing!
I have voted for the 'shield' version of the logo. To be honest, anything is better than the 'Y fronts' version, although I preferred several of the competition logos.
I do think it is important to select a logo which wont be subject to ridicule.
I also think quite a few people voting for the logo to remain the same, were only doing so because they believed any time spent selecting a new one, was delaying Nems release.

The community voted against the new logo proposals from 99design. Thats why we had the best deisnger from 99design improve the current one.
Further discussions about new logos from 99design are senseless, because it was decided based on the community vote to drop the new designs.
