Lost COMSA Tokens!

Hello. I did not get tokens in mosaic after withdraw from comsa.io site.
It was at 15th of April 2019. Here is a Hash of transaction:
bb1cc08a2fd3610e150f450f6e5a9ec0958546c6863fb7d85f1765a4a4f6495d

It was in unconfirmed for a while and then absolutely gone!

Hello,

There is no transaction with hash bb1cc08a2fd3610e150f450f6e5a9ec0958546c6863fb7d85f1765a4a4f6495d.

So:

  1. Transaction was not send correctly or
  2. Multisig transaction was not signed before deadline by minimum count of cosigners

Please contact with comsa and ask for explanation.

I guess the second one… but they have not solve the problem yet.

Unfortunately only sender can fix this.
