Lost my xem sending to bittrex [SOLVED]

I sent some xem from my nano wallet to the bitter exchange and I forgot to put in the message…I only copy and pasted the address… is there anyway I can get my 133 gem back to my nano wallet??

I believe the only way to do this is to submit support ticket with Bittrex. If the transaction is confirmed on the block them the funds are with Bittrex. So they will have 133 xem received in their wallet, but will not know who to allocate it 2.

I think the xem deposits are not possible right now on bittrex. The status of nem is still “Automated Maintenance”. So i think the xem will not show up in your account anyway.

Please contact with Bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your Bittrex account.
They will answer after a month but they should credit this transaction.
