Lost NEM after update [SOLVED]

After App update all my funds are gone WHY?? Seems I am not the only one… Kinda urgent as nobody wants to loose funds!!!

Which application you use? Mobile wallet, desktop nano wallet? If mobile which OS? IOS or Android?
Have you private key backup?

I use android and I fixed it - Thanks. (got my old phone - got private key
from there)
