Hello, I attempted to send some coins from my NEM app wallet on my phone to my Rippex wallet account using Changelly to convert them into Ripple coins. The coins left my NEM wallet but Changelly says still waiting for payment. I used Changelly to put the coins in the wallet in the first place. I wanted to send these coins to my Bittrex Ripple account but I was getting an error. It seemed like since Changelly was using the same message to switch the coins back that was used to receive them to my wallet it did not like that. Since Rippex does not require a tag be used with the send Changelly gave me a different NEM message to use for the transfer. Long story short, the coins appear to be in limbo as the NEM app would only allow me to send the coins encrypted. Seems I made a mistake in doing this. Is there anyway to get my coins back?

Hi, I did reach out to them last night. They need the hash from the
transfer to try and track it down. Do you know where I would get this from
the app on your phone? I’m having a hard time finding that. Thank you

can you please PM me your NEM address from which the transaction was sent?
Alternatively you can also take the address from which you sent the transaction and look it up in the Blockexplorer for this specific transaction transaction hash.
