Lost nem from mobile wallet to exchange [SOLVED]

Sent XEM from mobil wallet to bittrex exchange but they cant find it. All i have is the address on the exchange or my tokens lost?

Has your xem balance deducted?
If yes, could you please include the transaction hash to get a better look?

how do i know sending you that info want compromise my wallet or allow you to retrieve my xem and exclude me?

You should know which one data are public and can be shared and which one shouldn’t.
You should NOT share your private key. Other data like transaction id, your address (starts with N) can be shared.
All transactions and addresses are publicly available in blockchain (you can check here explorer.ournem.com).
If you don’t want tell us your address search your transaction id yourself in explorer.ournem.com. Just put your address there and look at transaction which interest you.

Message code you included is incorrect. You should use message from Bittrex deposit page for XEM. What you can do now is contact with bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.
