I do not know what to do with it?
Do I have to extract it? if yes, then where do I put them.
I made the backup using Linux mint and am using it now on a Windows 8.1 desktop pc.
The zip file should contain 2 files, one having ending .wlt and one with ending .adb.
Unzip the file on windows into the folder c:\users\< your_user >\nem\ncc, then start NIS/ncc and log into the wallet.
