Lost NEM mobile wallet / Changelly

Hey there, i have used the NEM Android wallet to convert some NEM to ETH by the form of Changelly. I would convert 157 nem to eth but i actually send 156 instead of 157 …

Now Changelly cancelled my transaction after 72 hours and i havent received any nem back in my wallet. The transaction was from 8 march.

I have asked Changelly if they received my nem but they didnt. I gave them the transaction hash/ my wallet adres.

Is there anyone here who knows if my nem wil send back to my wallet or not ?

They was unable to process because you included encrypted message code.
Please contact with they support provide transaction hash, tell them that you have included encrypted message and ask for refund.
