Hi I tried exchanging my nem on changelly but the transaction never went through. I have contacted them and they say the address dies not match and to contact nem wallet for support.
The transaction id is NBLQ6P-E7Z5CV-ANJNXG-OR74UQ-LOJ2YM-GJJOZ4-YFAQ
I’m pretty new to this and hope it hasn’t been lost.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That is not the transaction id but the changlly address.
From what wallet did you transfer to changelly? Namo Wallet?

in your nem wallet, can you see the transaction you made?
If yes, and you click on it, it should open and you should be able to to see the transaction hash which you can paste here then.

Mine doesn’t look like that. I’ll screen shot you what I have. I encrypted it if that has made any difference sending it.

and if you encrypted the id in the message part, changelly cannot process the transaction.
Can someone that uses mobile wallet help find the transaction hash?
