Lost NEM to Poloniex

Hello,

I have sent 6570 to my Poloniex account and believe I forgot the message ID but had the address right. This has not shown up in Poloniex or back to my Nem wallet. I have also made a support claim at Poloniex but have heard nothing for over a week and the troll box is down. Not sure what to do, Any suggestions? Thanks, N

If you already have contacted the support, shown them the link above and explained what happened, they will eventually answer the ticket. But Poloniex is very slow concerning tickets…
