Lost nem trying to exchange

I’m a newbie so I apologize for the dumb questions

I recently used changelly to convert BTC from my blockchain account to NEM nano wallet but the transaction didn’t go through saying it wasn’t confirmed and that changelly awaiting payment.
I used my receive address and sent to the changelly address for conversion but still didn’t go through. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Is there a better/easier way or platform to convert BTC to NEM ?

Any suggestions would be of great help as I have two transactions of 100 usd in limbo somewhere

You need to contact Changelly, it sounds like they didn’t receive your BTC? Try to find your transaction hash, that will help them sort this out for you.
