I tried to look for my back up on google. Found a Nem file in Google Drive. I reinstall Nem and restore backup but my wallet is still not recover.
When I try to open the Nem file in my drive, I am unable to open it to see if I have the .wlt file. Anyone knows how do I restore it?
Has it got anything to do with the version of Nem wallet? Because my backup version on Drive shows as Nem but my current app on mobile is Nem+.

You should be able import wlt file in nanowallet on do desktop. Did you try only from mobile wallet or also from desktop nanowallet?
I have tried both in desktop and mobile. But the problem with desktop is it stores it in a separate folder name “Backup” and it is not accessible on desktop Drive. I can only see it on my phone, and Drive online/webpage. I cannot download it to my local drive.
And on both mobile and Drive online, i can’t open and view any file inside of the NEM app.
What is going when you recover app? It’s crashing when starting or something else?
Nope, no crashing. But my app is just a blank wallet now. No account or anything inside.
That’s probably mean your backup doesn’t contain information about accounts.
