I lost my phone and now I have new one. I didnt any back up or something and when I did synchronization with my google account. Every app what I had on my lost phone were automatically installed and I thought that my old account on NEM wallet will be there but nothing was there. I dont have my private key but I have only password from this account and every information from my transaction what I did over changelly.com. Can you please help me with that?

If you don’t have backup your private key you can’t restore your wallet. The password is enough only if you create brain wallet but mobile wallet doesn’t use this method.
The first thing after wallet creation should be to do a backup your private key … Always!
Your only hope is that files with your wallet are somewhere stored in Google backup, but if wallet didn’t restore I don’t think backup contains wallet files.

It isnt any database of all accounts where someone from NEM company can see my private key? I have every information except this Private key which is most important think I know. I know Number of transaction, Amount what I have there, transaction hashs and also when was money sent. I dont understant how it is imposible to help me with this.
No. You are the only owner of a private key and only you have access to a private key.
If you lose your private key you also lose your tokens. There is no internal storage with all private keys.
This is way all blockchains working (bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin and so on). Also NEM.
That’s why is so important to keep your private keys safe and do backups.
