Hi guys.

I can’t seem to find my wallet file for my nem account. I have the public key, address and i know the password, but i cant seem locate the .wlt file in my computer. I have a good amount of coins on that account. Is there any way i can get the coins back, or any help someone may have regarding my coins?

You don’t know which client you used? Now i am confused…
Maybe you remember the name? Nano Wallet or NCC?

I used nano wallet for mac

ok, and if you try to log in it doesn’t show any wallets you can choose?

any chance that you

  1. downloaded and unzipped Nano Wallet
  2. Started Nano Wallet and created the wallet
  3. The said to yourself: “I move the Nano Wallet folder to a better place”
  4. Started Nano Wallet from that different place and wonder why your wallet is not visible?

I thought i put my wallet on my drop box, but it doesn’t seem to be there either.

And you didn’t move the original nano wallet folder to any other place?

the original nanowallet folder is on my mac.

Would it be in a folder called apostille?

The wallet? no i don’t think so.

Did you search in the finder window for a “.wlt” file?
