Not sure if this is the right forum to post this type of question.
Basically I wanted to ask about the loyal coin TGE/ICO, I gave them approx 500 XEM and received about 35k LYL (haven’t received it yet as it won’t be released till after the end of the TGE). My issue is, LYL is now offered almost 4X more loyal in exchange for XEM?
I used the calculator on their website and if I gave them 550 XEM I would receive over 130K LYL…
Yet I received only ~35k…
What’s the reason behind this?
XEM value in last weeks rise a lot. Please look at chart:
Now it’s 1$. Unfortunately this is how ICO in most cases works. You buying at price from the moment when you send btc/xem to ICO address.
But for details you must ask loyal coin team.

That’s really unfortunate in my case, rather unfair I might add too.
I will contact Loyal Coin to discuss this.
I think early supporters of Loyal Coin should benefit more than later supporters, in my opinion.
I guess no one here will listen though, haha
You should try to contact with them in their telegram channel. Many people asking them about the same issue and they try to fix it.
I messaged them on telegram too and emailed them.
I’m pretty sure they will sort it out by the end of this TGE.
