As you can see transaction is visible in blockexplorer. Did you try change node? If you are using nanowallet please click circle in top right corner and select another one node.
I try allot of things but nothing works. I used the adres in the right top corner but after searching I see that there is a second adres.
Looks like you have configured couple accounts in nanowallet. Please check accounta available in “choose account” select box.
The top right corner is the name you gave to your wallet when you created it.
The account in the wallet is the one on the left on the line with the Address label.
It looks like you have created a new wallet for another account and you gave it the name of a previous account.
You probably should recreate a wallet importing your private key of the NCAMOV-HK64CV-UPF6WZ-64RKHD-NNLENL-IUXAZP-BDYR account. I assume you have it at hand. If not, try to recover from a saved .wlt file if you remember the password…
Edit: the block explorer shows the 1885 arrived in your account, so no worries. You only need to use a wallet containing the account address …
Edit2: and can you please change the title. You didn’t lose xem’s in any transaction at all. You are making a mess of your wallets. That’s all.

This may be a long shot, but when I screwed up my wallet, I eventually discovered I had sent the XEM to my delegated harvesting address, have a look in there (nano wallet, services, delegated harvesting … etc). Good luck - it is alarming …
