I’ve generated my private test Catapult on august 2019,
why block 1 timestamp dates april 1st 2016?
(note: this was already answered in Telegram by greg, but also answering here for reference. )
I believe it is because that date and time at which the first nemesis of Catapult was launched (Alpaca).
Does all the Mijin catapult share the same nemesis?

Not Nemesis block, but nemesis time. Each private chain would have a different key to sign the nemesis block.
